By registering with Funded Friday, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

You may not use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including intellectual property or financial laws).

Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transmitted unencrypted across networks. Payment information will always remain encrypted.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of our services without our written consent.

We try to keep all information on this site accurate and updated, but some content may come from third parties. We are not responsible if any information is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

The material is for general information only and should not be your sole basis for decisions. Any reliance on it is at your own risk.

All trading on Funded Friday is conducted in simulated accounts using virtual funds, provided solely for evaluation purposes. Participants are expected to trade responsibly and follow the rules and timeframes of their selected program.

Engaging in prohibited practices or attempting to bypass the rules is not allowed. Funded Friday reserves the right to monitor trading activity, investigate suspicious behavior, and take necessary enforcement actions — including account suspension, termination, or forfeiture of eligibility — to maintain fairness and integrity.

Participants may contact our support team to request a review of any enforcement actions.

You may not use Funded Friday's website, platform, or Services for any unlawful purpose, to violate laws or intellectual property rights, to harass or harm others, to submit false or misleading information, to spread malware or harmful code, to spam or scrape data, or to interfere with security features.

Traders associated with competing proprietary trading firms, including their owners and employees, are strictly prohibited from using our Services.

Funded Friday does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the services will be continuous, timely, secure, or free from errors. We make no assurance that the outcomes derived from using our services will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations.

You expressly agree that your use of the services, or your inability to use them, is entirely at your own risk. All services, products, and features made available to you through Funded Friday are provided strictly "as is" and "as available."

In no event shall Funded Friday, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any nature.

Where certain jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

All obligations and liabilities of the parties that arose prior to the date of termination shall continue in effect after termination of this Agreement.

Funded Friday reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate this Agreement without prior notice if you fail, or if we reasonably suspect that you have failed, to comply with any provision of these Terms.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback against Funded Friday has a direct negative impact on the Company, both financially and reputationally, particularly with our payment processing partners.

Accordingly, it is our strict policy that any trader who files or is directly associated with a disputed payment will have their account permanently banned.

Where a disputed transaction occurs without any fault or failure on the part of Funded Friday, the user responsible will be ineligible for any future accounts, and all of their existing active accounts will be closed.

Failure by Funded Friday to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, along with any policies or rules posted on our website, form the entire agreement between you and Funded Friday. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.

All communications between Funded Friday ("The Company") and you, the user of our services, are deemed strictly confidential.

Any breach of this provision will be treated as a material violation and may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

Funded Friday may, at its sole discretion, grant performance-based rewards to participants who successfully meet the criteria of their evaluation program. These rewards are promotional in nature, not guaranteed, and do not represent profit-sharing, employment, or any form of capital allocation.

Participation in a Funded Friday evaluation does not constitute or imply a promise of income, a job offer, or an investor relationship. Any payouts or rewards offered are discretionary and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed or typical source of earnings.
