You agree not to share your username or password with any third party and to take reasonable precautions to protect against unauthorized access. You must notify FundedFriday immediately at support@FundedFriday.com if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. FundedFriday shall not be liable for any unauthorized activity on your account unless such activity results from the firm’s own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
3.4 Right to Refuse or Terminate Accounts
FundedFriday reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
  • Refuse registration of any user account
  • Restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services
  • Cancel any active challenge or funded account
  • Revoke affiliate access or promotional privileges
Such actions may be taken if FundedFriday determines, in its sole discretion, that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, failed to comply with applicable rules or regulations, or poses a risk to the integrity or reputation of the platform.

4. Evaluation Programs (Challenges)

4.1 Description of Evaluation Programs
FundedFriday offers trading evaluation programs (referred to as “Challenges”) designed to assess a user’s trading skills, discipline, and risk management over a specified period of time. Successful completion of a Challenge may lead to the offer of a simulated funded account, subject to further review and continued compliance with all applicable terms. Each Challenge consists of one or more evaluation phases. The specific parameters, requirements, and conditions for each phase—such as minimum trading days, profit targets, maximum loss limits, and timeframes—are published on the FundedFriday website and may be updated from time to time at the sole discretion of FundedFriday. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the current requirements applicable to the Challenge you purchase or participate in.
4.2 User Obligations During Challenges
By enrolling in a Challenge, you agree to:
  • Abide by the published trading rules and risk parameters
  • Refrain from engaging in any prohibited trading behavior as defined in these Terms
  • Use the evaluation account solely for the purpose of participating in the Challenge
  • Maintain compliance with all platform and account guidelines throughout the duration of the evaluation
4.3 Challenge Fees
Participation in a Challenge requires payment of a one-time, non-refundable fee. The amount of the fee varies depending on the selected account size and package. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that Challenge fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of outcome, disqualification, or account breach. Any promotional discounts or coupon codes applied at the time of purchase are provided at the discretion of FundedFriday and do not create a right to future discounts.
4.4 Modifications to Challenge Parameters
FundedFriday reserves the right to modify, adjust, or update Challenge parameters, rules, or available account sizes at any time, without prior notice. Such changes may apply to new purchases only or, in certain cases, to active challenges, provided that the changes do not materially disadvantage participants. In the event of a rule change, FundedFriday will update the relevant policy or documentation on the website. Users are expected to review challenge conditions periodically to stay informed of any modifications.
4.5 Disqualification and Expiry
FundedFriday may disqualify or terminate a Challenge account at its sole discretion if the user:
  • Violates risk limits or trading rules
  • Engages in prohibited strategies or manipulative activity
  • Provides false or misleading account information
  • Abuses platform features or attempts to exploit technical flaws
Additionally, Challenge accounts may expire if not completed within the designated time period or if inactive for a prolonged duration, as defined in FundedFriday’s publicly available account policies.

5. Funded Accounts

5.1 Offer of a Funded Account
Upon successful completion of the applicable evaluation program, and subject to verification of compliance with all rules and terms, FundedFriday may offer you a simulated funded account (“Funded Account”). Acceptance and activation of a Funded Account are at the sole discretion of FundedFriday and may be subject to additional onboarding procedures, agreements, or eligibility verification. The Funded Account is a simulated trading account provided for the purpose of performance-based compensation. It does not involve access to or trading of real funds in live markets.
5.2 Funded Account Conditions
Use of a Funded Account is subject to separate trading conditions, which may differ from those applied during the evaluation phase. These may include, but are not limited to:
  • Modified or continuing profit-sharing ratios
  • Risk management rules and trailing drawdowns
  • Profit buffer requirements prior to withdrawal
  • Ongoing performance reviews
The applicable terms for each Funded Account are published by FundedFriday and may be updated at any time. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the current rules and trading conditions for your Funded Account.
5.3 Profit Sharing and Payouts
Users of Funded Accounts may be entitled to receive a portion of simulated profits (“Profit Share”), subject to the applicable profit split ratio, withdrawal eligibility criteria, and compliance with account rules. Payout schedules, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and methods of disbursement are governed by FundedFriday’s payout policy, which is published and maintained separately. FundedFriday reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or deny profit distributions in cases of suspected rule violations, account breaches, or fraudulent activity.
5.4 Scaling and Performance Reviews
FundedFriday may offer users the opportunity to scale their Funded Account based on consistent performance. Scaling decisions are made solely at the discretion of FundedFriday and may consider factors including profitability, risk control, drawdown behavior, and trading consistency. Performance reviews may be conducted periodically and may result in scaling adjustments, account suspension, or termination depending on trading behavior and rule adherence.
5.5 Termination of Funded Accounts
FundedFriday reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Funded Account at any time, without prior notice, in the event of:
  • Violation of trading rules or risk parameters
  • Use of unauthorized systems, signals, or copy trading tools
  • Fraudulent behavior or abuse of the platform
  • Withdrawal of all profits without maintaining the required profit buffer
  • Inactivity beyond a period specified in FundedFriday’s policies
Termination of a Funded Account shall not entitle the user to any refund, compensation, or continued access to platform services.

6. Trading Rules & Restrictions

6.1 General Conduct Requirements
All users must comply with the trading rules and behavioral standards published by FundedFriday. These rules are in place to ensure fair use of the Services, maintain platform integrity, and prevent abuse or manipulation. Users are expected to act in good faith and use sound risk management practices throughout both the evaluation and funded trading phases. Violation of any rule listed in this section, or published elsewhere by FundedFriday, may result in immediate disqualification from an evaluation, revocation of a Funded Account, and/or termination of access to the Services.
6.2 Prohibited Trading Practices
The following trading activities are strictly prohibited on all FundedFriday accounts:
  • All-or-nothing trading strategies designed to achieve profit targets in one or very few trades with excessive risk
  • Order block spamming, defined as placing multiple simultaneous or near-simultaneous orders to manipulate execution behavior
  • Latency arbitrage, tick scalping, or exploitation of price feed delays
  • Use of high leverage to intentionally exceed drawdown limits
  • Use of shared, copied, or purchased accounts or challenge results
  • Any behavior intended to game, manipulate, or bypass challenge or funded account conditions
FundedFriday reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited activity in its sole discretion, based on review of trading data and platform usage.
6.3 Trade Duration Requirements
To ensure legitimate market exposure and prevent abuse of short-term volatility, FundedFriday may require that:
  • A user’s average trade duration exceeds a minimum threshold
  • A defined percentage of the user’s total profit must be derived from trades exceeding that threshold
The exact duration requirements are published in the trading rules on the FundedFriday website and may be updated from time to time.
6.4 Weekend Holding Policy
Weekend holding is not permitted on any account type unless explicitly stated otherwise. All open positions must be closed before the designated market close time on Fridays, based on the trading platform’s server time. Failure to comply with the weekend holding policy may result in disqualification or forfeiture of any associated account.
6.5 News Trading Rules
News trading is permitted under specific conditions, which may vary depending on account type. FundedFriday may enforce minimum trade duration or execution timing restrictions around scheduled economic news releases to prevent system abuse. All news trading rules are detailed in the official trading guidelines and apply to both evaluation and funded accounts unless stated otherwise.
6.6 Use of Automated Systems
The use of Expert Advisors (EAs), trading bots, signal copiers, and other automated tools is permitted under the following conditions:
  • The system must comply with all applicable risk, duration, and behavioral rules
  • No unauthorized data scraping, latency abuse, or third-party API integrations
  • The user accepts full responsibility for all activity executed by the automation system
FundedFriday reserves the right to disable or block accounts using automation tools that are determined to be abusive, unstable, or non-compliant.
6.7 Platform-Specific Restrictions
Users must only use the approved trading platform provided by FundedFriday. Any attempt to trade outside of the designated platform, or to connect external tools without permission, is strictly prohibited. FundedFriday may update platform features, instruments, leverage, or trading conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to stay informed of these changes through the official channels.

7. Fees & Payments

7.1 Challenge Fees
Access to evaluation programs (Challenges) is subject to a one-time, non-refundable fee payable at the time of registration. Fees vary depending on the selected account size and any applicable add-ons. All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • The challenge fee is final and non-refundable
  • No refund shall be provided in the event of failure, disqualification, or voluntary account abandonment
  • FundedFriday does not guarantee progression to a funded account
FundedFriday reserves the right to update pricing and fee structures at any time, with such changes applicable to new purchases only.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

8.1 Refund Policy
All payments made to FundedFriday for evaluation programs, add-ons, or services are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any product or service offered by FundedFriday, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
  • Challenge fees are not refundable under any circumstances, including failure to pass, disqualification, voluntary withdrawal, or technical error caused by the user.
  • Add-on fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with service performance, trading results, or platform features.
FundedFriday does not provide refunds except where required by law. Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of FundedFriday and on a case-by-case basis.
8.2 Cancellations
Users may cancel their challenge account prior to placing their first trade. However, cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund unless such right is granted under applicable consumer protection laws. Once a challenge has been initiated by executing a trade, the account is considered active, and the user is no longer eligible to cancel or receive a refund. FundedFriday may cancel a user’s account at its discretion if violations of these Terms occur or if the user engages in abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive behavior.
8.3 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution for a valid FundedFriday purchase constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate:
  • Termination of all active accounts
  • Permanent ban from accessing any FundedFriday service
  • Forfeiture of any payouts, commissions, or pending balances
  • Reporting to fraud databases or payment processors
If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact FundedFriday support first to resolve the matter in good faith before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

Affiliates must apply and be approved by FundedFriday prior to promotion. FundedFriday reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
9.2 Commission Structure

A “successful referral” is defined as a user who purchases an evaluation program using the affiliate’s referral link and does not request a chargeback, refund, or cancellation. The current commission tiers and payout structure are published on the FundedFriday website and may be modified at any time. Changes to commission rates or terms may apply prospectively to future referrals only. Affiliates may also receive promotional codes for referral use, which may provide a discount to the referred user based on the affiliate’s tier.
