FundedFriday provides access to proprietary trading evaluation programs and related services on a prepaid, non-refundable basis. By purchasing any product, service, or add-on through FundedFriday, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All fees paid to FundedFriday are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Challenge fees
• Add-on fees
• Account upgrades
• Affiliate purchases
• Processing fees (if applicable)

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

• You fail to meet the challenge requirements
• Your account is disqualified due to rule violations
• You abandon or do not complete your evaluation
• You are dissatisfied with your trading results or experience
• You experience technical issues caused by your internet, device, or external platform settings
• You request a refund after initiating a trade on a challenge account

2. Pre-Trade Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your challenge account only if no trades have been placed and the account is in its original state. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law. If a refund is approved as a goodwill exception, it will be processed at the sole discretion of FundedFriday and may be subject to administrative deductions.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting FundedFriday support is considered a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in:

• Immediate termination of all active accounts
• Permanent ban from all FundedFriday services
• Forfeiture of any payouts, commissions, or affiliate earnings
• Reporting to fraud databases and payment processors

4. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy complies with consumer protection laws applicable to digital goods and services. Refunds will only be provided where legally required under your jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer laws.
